Getting in shape for cyclocross

Ok, it’s just a matter of time when spring will come ( at least I hope so ;)) The bike is already oiled and adjusted, but the rider badly needs some adjustment too. This in mind, I changed my diet last week. Preparing the meal was pretty easy today, so I had the time to take some pictures.
